My, Edward Manfredonia, wired by the FBI, request for my FBI files, dated 17 March 2022, sent via certified mail 7021 2720 0003 2136 0275. A continuation of my request, dated 17 March 2022, sent via certified mail 7020 3160 0000 8392 4670. In this missive of 17 March 2022 I discuss how my phone call concerning a lost CITIBANK card was intercepted and a message concerning a CITIBANK card was: Your primary account has... Except that I had not lost the card. This intercept of my phone call was probably by the same group, who knows  "Black Cube?", that threatened me with the Jewish-Israeli-American-KravMaga-Thug-Mafiya on 5 October 2021.  I I, EDWARD MANFREDONIA, WAS WIRED BY THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION. FRANCES FRAGOS TOWNSEND, LATER PRESIDENT GEORGE W BUSH'S ADVISOR ON HOMELAND SECURITY, OBTAINED THE WIRE ORDER. ART AMEY, THE FBI SPECIAL AGENT WHOM THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION PLACED IN THE BUILDING IN WHICH I RESIDE AND ON THE SAME FLOOR, TOLD ME THAT THE FBI WOULD NEVER RELEASE MY FBI FILES.
